Never give up!

Hi Everyone! I am so sorry I have not been updating more frequently! My weight loss has been going really good!

I actually just finished up another 3 days on the military diet and have lost another 6 pounds! WOOOOH!
It makes me want to scream it off of a rooftop! Haha

Here are some of the groceries that I have picked up for my 4 days off!







I am so excited to continue this journey!

A little off topic but here are some random pictures that I have taken from since the last time I posted!
Here is one of the dinners I made! It is a chicken BLT wrap with Greek Yogurt instead a mayo! (SO YUMMY!) Some edamame and apples (:
 Here was the dessert I had that same night! About half a cup of plain vanilla yogurt with fresh blackberries and strawberries! (Like my picture editing?)
Here I am one moring I believe last week! I woke up early and decided to switch up my exercise routine a little bit instead of walking! I did some Ab exercises in my backyard! Here I had my feet elevated and crossed which putting both my arms to my side and going back and forth if that makes sense! (EXHAUSTING!)
Now I have to admit I have a pretty bad addiction...PINTEREST! I get on at least 4 times a day! They have amazing fitness and motivation pins and I came across this workout routine and I fell in love! I tried it for the first time last night and let me just say, I was sweatin! Hehe but I could really feel the workout! It did not take me very long but I can tell it is going to give me really good results!
Here I am taking a nightly walk/jog around my neighborhood! I love putting my headphones on and blocking out the world! Some of my favorite songs to listen to are, Turn Up the Music by Chris Brown, Feel This Moment by Pitbull and Christina Aguilera! <3
Hahahaha I thought this was funny! I sprinted from my stop sign to my driveway and came inside and collapsed in my entry way! hehehe (;
This doesn't really have a lot to do with working out but while I am changing and making my body healthy I might as well make my skin better! Right?! I picked this masque up at my local grocery store and hopped in a hot bath and turned my classical music on and relaxed! Ahhhhhhh <3
